DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy
A clear process for copyright, trademark, product-image, brand, and listing-content complaints.
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Purpose
This page explains how copyright owners, trademark owners, manufacturers, distributors, source websites, or authorized agents can report content they believe infringes their rights. This includes product images, descriptions, logos, brand names, packaging images, source references, reviews, blog content, or other website material.
Before Sending a Notice
Many brand names, medicine names, manufacturer names, and source names are displayed for product identification, pharmacy comparison, compatibility, source disclosure, or customer information. A listing does not imply endorsement or ownership. If you believe a listing is inaccurate, unauthorized, unsafe, counterfeit, or infringing, contact us with evidence so we can review it quickly.
DMCA / Copyright Takedown Notice
Send a written notice to [email protected] with:
- Your full legal name, company name if applicable, email, phone, and address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or content you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Trademark, Brand, and Product Listing Complaints
For trademark, manufacturer, distributor, source, counterfeit, or product-authenticity issues, include:
- Trademark registration or ownership evidence where applicable.
- Brand/manufacturer/distributor authorization evidence.
- Product name, SKU, batch, image, or source URL involved.
- Reason the listing is inaccurate, unauthorized, unsafe, misleading, counterfeit, or infringing.
- The action requested: correction, attribution, source update, image removal, product removal, or contact update.
Our Review Process
- We may remove, disable, hide, or edit content while reviewing a complaint.
- We may ask for more information before taking final action.
- We may forward complaint details to the seller/source, uploader, manufacturer, or relevant service provider.
- False, incomplete, or abusive notices may be rejected and may expose the sender to legal responsibility.
Counter Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, contact us with your name, contact information, removed URL/content, explanation, evidence of authorization, and a statement that you consent to resolution of the dispute with the complaining party. We may restore content if legally appropriate.
Contact for Policy Questions

Model disclosure: All In One Medicine is a pharmacy brand. We do not manufacture or own the listed products; products are sourced from partner pharmacies and suppliers shown by source labels.
These pages summarize public vendor/source information available when prepared. Vendor policies can change; where a stricter pharmacy, safety, legal, or source-specific rule applies, that stricter rule controls for the affected item.
