Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information when pharmacy and healthcare orders are routed to partner sources for fulfillment.
Last updated: May 25, 2026
Short Version
We collect information needed to run an ecommerce pharmacy marketplace for our pharmacy brand. We do not manufacture or own the listed products; orders are fulfilled by source partners. We collect account details, contact details, delivery address, order details, prescription or health-related information you provide, payment status, support messages, device/cookie data, and source/vendor fulfillment data. We use it to process orders, verify prescriptions where required, deliver products, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the website, and comply with legal/safety obligations.
Information We Collect
Account and contact data
Name, phone number, email, password/account credentials, billing details, delivery address, city, postcode, and support preferences.
Order and pharmacy data
Products ordered, source/vendor selected, product variations, quantity, price, stock status, prescription uploads, medicine notes, substitution requests, and order history.
Payment data
Payment method, transaction status, gateway reference, COD status, refund details, fraud-screening signals, and limited billing data. We do not intentionally store full card numbers.
Technical data
IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, cart/session cookies, analytics events, security logs, and approximate location inferred from delivery or device information.
How We Use Information
- Create and manage your account, cart, checkout, orders, returns, refunds, and customer support cases.
- Verify prescriptions, product suitability, stock, delivery coverage, source availability, and pharmacy safety requirements.
- Share necessary order details with couriers, payment processors, source pharmacies/retailers, and service providers who help fulfill the order.
- Detect fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, payment disputes, and unsafe or unlawful orders.
- Improve product pages, search, recommendations, pricing accuracy, website speed, and customer experience.
- Send transactional messages such as order confirmation, prescription requests, delivery updates, support replies, refund notices, and policy updates.
- Send marketing only where permitted and with opt-out controls where required.
- Comply with applicable ecommerce, tax, pharmacy, safety, consumer, legal, and platform requirements.
Prescription and Health-Related Information
If you upload a prescription, request a substitute, ask medicine questions, or buy pharmacy products, you may provide health-related information. We treat this information as sensitive and use it only for order review, lawful supply, safety checks, source/vendor fulfillment, customer support, record keeping, and compliance.
Do not upload another person’s prescription or health details unless you have authority to do so. Do not use the website for emergencies. For urgent symptoms, contact a doctor, emergency service, or local healthcare provider.
Sharing With Vendors, Sources, Couriers, and Processors
Because All In One Medicine is multi-source, we may share the minimum necessary details with the source shown for a product, including MedicalMart, CareZone, Dawaai.pk, DVAGO, D.Watson/dwatson, Health Wire, or another fulfillment provider. Shared data can include customer name, phone, address, product, prescription information where necessary, payment status, and return/refund details.
We also use service providers for hosting, security, analytics, payment processing, email/SMS/WhatsApp notifications, support, backups, and courier/delivery services. These providers may access data only to perform their service or comply with legal requirements.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for cart, checkout, login, security, preferences, analytics, performance, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies in your browser, but disabling required cookies may break cart, login, checkout, or account features. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for orders, warranty/return/refund support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, pharmacy safety records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and website security. Prescription and support data may be kept where required to document supply decisions, customer requests, or safety issues.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can ask us to correct inaccurate account, contact, or order information.
- You can request deletion of your account or personal data, subject to legal, tax, fraud-prevention, pharmacy, dispute, and safety-retention requirements.
- You can unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing where an unsubscribe option is available.
- You can request a copy or summary of key personal data we hold about you, subject to identity verification and reasonable limits.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational controls to protect information. No website, courier process, payment system, email, or messaging platform is perfectly secure. Keep your password private, use accurate contact information, and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
The website is intended for adults or users acting with adult supervision. Minors should not order medicines or submit personal/prescription information without a parent or guardian.
Source Privacy References
We reviewed public privacy and data-use information from relevant source websites including Dawaai.pk, D.Watson, and Healthwire. Those policies may also apply where you interact directly with those source websites or where a source processes part of your order.

Model disclosure: All In One Medicine is a pharmacy brand. We do not manufacture or own the listed products; products are sourced from partner pharmacies and suppliers shown by source labels.
These pages summarize public vendor/source information available when prepared. Vendor policies can change; where a stricter pharmacy, safety, legal, or source-specific rule applies, that stricter rule controls for the affected item.
