How source labels work, what they mean, and how vendor-specific delivery, return, refund, and privacy rules can affect an order.

Why This Page Exists
Google and customers expect ecommerce websites to be clear about who they are, what they sell, how they fulfill orders, and how partner/source relationships work. This page explains source labels used on All In One Medicine.
Model disclosure: All In One Medicine is a pharmacy brand. We do not manufacture or own the listed products; products are sourced from partner pharmacies and suppliers.
What a Source Label Means
A source label identifies where product catalog information, pricing, stock, images, reviews, availability, or fulfillment may have come from. It can appear as a product source, variation source, import source, or marketplace vendor/source tag.
A source label does not automatically mean that All In One Medicine is owned by that brand, is an official branch, is endorsed by that source, or has exclusive authorization. If a formal partnership exists for a specific source or product, we will state it clearly.

How Source Choice Affects Orders
- Price: different sources may list different prices, discounts, or availability for the same or similar product.
- Delivery: delivery speed, courier, delivery area, minimum order, and charges may vary by source.
- Returns: medicines and hygiene-sensitive products are restricted; source-specific return windows can be stricter or more generous only where safe and lawful.
- Refunds: refund method and timing may depend on payment method, source confirmation, and payment gateway/bank rules.
- Privacy: to fulfill an order, we may share necessary information with the selected source, courier, or payment provider.
Duplicate Source Labels
The terms D.Watson and dwatson refer to the same D.Watson source family in our store data. We preserve the labels where imported data used different capitalization, but for policy handling we treat them as one source unless a product page says otherwise.
Source Policy Conflicts
If All In One Medicine policy and a source policy conflict, we apply the rule that is safest, most specific to the product type, legally required, or most clearly disclosed at checkout/support. For medicines, prescriptions, cold-chain products, opened products, and hygiene-sensitive items, safety restrictions control.
