Order Cancellation Policy
When an order can be cancelled, how quickly customers should contact us, and what happens after dispatch or source confirmation.

Short Version
Contact us immediately if you want to cancel. Cancellation is easiest before prescription verification, source confirmation, packing, courier handover, or dispatch. After dispatch, the Return Policy applies.
When You Can Cancel
- Before dispatch and before the source/courier has locked processing.
- Before we verify or accept a prescription item.
- When we notify you that stock, price, source, or delivery timing changed and you do not accept the change.
- When payment failed or duplicate payment requires correction.
When Cancellation May Not Be Possible
- After courier pickup, rider handover, or source dispatch.
- After a temperature-sensitive, prescription, or special-order product has been packed or arranged specifically for you.
- After customization, sourcing, or urgent delivery processing has started.
- Where the item has already been delivered or delivery was attempted.
Source-Specific Cancellation Notes
- CareZone publicly states order cancellation/modification is possible within 2-5 hours after order placement, after which processing may already be started.
- DVAGO publicly states cancellation can be requested before dispatch or delivery.
- Dawaai.pk publicly states delivery address changes may not be possible after order placement.
- For any source, urgent, prepaid, or prescription orders can lock faster than standard orders.
How to Cancel
- Contact support with your order number and phone number.
- State whether you want full cancellation or cancellation of specific items.
- Wait for confirmation. A cancellation request is not final until support/source confirms it.
- If payment was already made, approved refunds follow the Refund Policy.
