Our Role

All In One Medicine is an ecommerce pharmacy and healthcare marketplace/aggregator for our pharmacy brand. We collect pharmacy and medical-store products in one place so customers can compare, request, and order through a single website. We do not manufacture or own the listed products; orders are fulfilled by source pharmacies, source retailers, couriers, or third-party service providers.

Vendor/source names are used to identify catalog, pricing, availability, or fulfillment source. Unless expressly stated, source names do not mean ownership, endorsement, franchise, agency, or official partnership.

Eligibility and Account Use

• You must provide accurate name, phone, email, address, prescription, payment, and order information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account.
• You must not use the website for fraudulent orders, unlawful medicine requests, resale abuse, scraping, spam, unauthorized access, or harmful activity.
• We may refuse, suspend, or cancel orders/accounts for safety, fraud, legal, payment, or abuse concerns.

Orders, Pricing, and Availability

• Placing an order is a purchase request. Acceptance occurs only after stock, price, prescription requirements, payment, delivery coverage, and source confirmation are completed.
• Product price, stock, source availability, images, pack size, strength, quantity, and delivery estimates can change before confirmation.
• If a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, unsafe to supply, legally restricted, or cannot be verified, we may cancel, substitute only with your consent, or refund the affected item.
• Product images and descriptions are for identification. Always read the actual label, leaflet, batch, expiry, manufacturer instructions, and prescription directions before use.

Prescription and Pharmacy Products

Prescription medicines may require a valid prescription, source/pharmacist review, customer verification, and lawful supply checks. We may refuse to supply medicines if prescription information is missing, unclear, expired, inconsistent, unsafe, or not legally acceptable.

Drug information, blog content, product descriptions, reviews, and AI-generated summaries are informational only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis, treatment, dose changes, drug interactions, pregnancy/lactation concerns, chronic disease management, or emergency symptoms.

Reviews, User Content, and Product Questions

If you submit reviews, questions, photos, or comments, you grant us permission to display, moderate, edit for formatting, remove, and use that content for store operations. You must not post medical misinformation, illegal claims, spam, abusive content, private information, copyright-infringing material, or false reviews.

Intellectual Property

Website design, text, layout, product organization, logos, and store content belong to All In One Medicine or our licensors/sources where applicable. Brand names, manufacturer names, and source names belong to their respective owners and are used for product/source identification. See our DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy for complaints.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, All In One Medicine is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use, product unavailability, courier delay, source delay, incorrect customer information, misuse of products, or reliance on informational content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms and related policies. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated terms. Material order-specific changes will not normally affect orders already accepted unless required for safety, legal, source, or payment reasons.
