Melanex Skin Lightening Therapy is a unique formulation designed to lighten skin discoloration and pigmentation, combines a blend of harmless skin lightening agents provenfor brightening age spots, brown spots, melasma and other skin discolorations or pigmentation problems. Emblica is a potent anti-oxidant and tyrosinase inhibitor. Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate is more stable derivative of Vitamin C, with better penetration in to the skin. Kojic acid dipalmitate, an improved form of kojic acid reduces the activity of tyrosinase in skin inhibiting melanin formation. Service zones and delivery fees

Service zones are Karachi, Lahore, Hyderabad, Sahiwal, Multan, and Bahawalpur.
Inside service zones, orders below Rs. 5,000 carry a Rs. 159 delivery fee.
Inside service zones, orders of Rs. 5,000 and above qualify for free delivery.
DVAGO supports monthly refill handling and cold-chain handling for temperature-sensitive products where service is available.

Non-service zone delivery

Areas outside the listed service zones are handled through a third-party courier.
Non-service-zone fee up to 0.5 kg is Rs. 300.
Above 0.5 kg, the fee is Rs. 300 base plus Rs. 300 for each additional kg.
If delivery charges exceed Rs. 300, DVAGO confirms the excess charge with the customer before finalizing the order.
Milk items, injections, refrigerated items, liquids, and glass bottles cannot be sent to non-service zones.

Returns, refunds, and safety limits

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of sale, including online orders.
Returns are in-store only at a DVAGO pharmacy and require the original receipt.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refrigerated items, loose tablets or capsules, inhalers, sprays, appliances, test strips, baby care, surgical products, dermatology products, baby milk, and imported items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Online payment refund requests must be raised within 3 days. Change of mind is not eligible.
Approved card refunds go back to the original bank account only. DVAGO does not issue cash refunds for online payments.
Approved online refunds are processed in 7 to 14 working days.
Missed-delivery complaints should be raised within 24 hours. Cancellations are handled through helpline 021-111-38246.
